I try to put at least one fast, good "Speed Dribbler" at Left Forward (LF) or Right Forward (RF). This player doesn't have to be tough. In fact, it can be a good position to put a player in who has skill but is afraid of contact.

If a Forward is right footed, it will be easier for him to cross the ball at Right Forward, and the ball will naturally be on the outer foot (away from the defender) as he attacks.
